Zinier continues to raise more funding to expand its field service automation platform for the wireless communications industry.

The company announced it has raised $90 million in Series C funding from leader ICONIQ Capital, which is its first funding round with Zinier. Participating with ICONIQ are Tiger Global Management, Accel, Founders Fund, NGP Capital, Newfund Capital and Qualcomm Ventures LLC. The company has already raised more than $100 million in the past year.

Zinier works with companies that help maintain and enable wireless connectivity around the world, bolstering their continuously working field services crews. These crews often have to deal with legacy systems and manual processes that slow down progress. These companies work with Zinier to automate and simplify their workflows.

“Services that we rely on every day – electricity, transportation, communication – are getting by on centuries-old infrastructure that requires a major upgrade for the next generation of users,” said Zinier CEO and Co-founder Arka Dhar, in a statement.  “A field service workforce powered by both people and automation is necessary to execute the massive amount of work required to not only maintain these critical human infrastructures, but to also prepare for growth. Our team is focused on enabling this transformation across industries through intelligent field service automation.”

Today’s funding will support global adoption and expansion of the company’s AI- driven field service automation platform, Intelligent Service Automation and Control (ISAC).
