WeWork, the global co-working company that provides a base camp for millions of the world’s startups, has announced it is officially going public.

According to Axios, the company hopes to raise $1 billion from the long awaited IPO.

In it’s newly released S-1 statement, the company reported $1.54 billion in revenues and a net loss of more than $900 million so far this year, 527,000 members are affiliated with WeWork, up 90% from last year.

WeWork rents office space to startups and professionals in its owned and managed properties around the world.
