Portland Oregon based Talkoot has more cash these days.
That’s because it secured $1.65 million from several investors, including Seven Peaks Ventures, Cascade Angels, Williamette Valley Capital and several individual investors. This is its first funding round.
Talkoot was founded in 2016 as a SaaS copy production and collaboration platform which helps brand teams compose, edit, evaluate and translate product copy for thousands of seasonal products and distribute the content to the public quickly. According to Talkoot’s press release, brands with product lines and distribution channels with complex demands are its target customers.
Its new funding will be used to accelerate sales and marketing and heighten its product development.
Among Talkoot’s current customers are Under Armour, Mountain Hardware and Adidas.
