Showpad, an San Francisco based sales enablement platform, announced it has secured $70 million in Series D funding.
This funding round combines debt and equity, and was led by Dawn Capital and Insight Partners with participation from Hummingbird Ventures and Korelya Capital. Debt financing for this deal was provided by Silicon Valley Bank.
Showpad states it currently has more than 1,000 customers around the globe across various industries including tech, health, manufacturing and financial services.
“The growth we’ve experienced in the past year is proof that sales enablement solutions are now a must-have for B2B businesses,” said Pieterjan Bouten, Showpad’s CEO, in a statement. “We pride ourselves on empowering modern sales teams to increase win rates, deal size, and buyer engagement with a single, scalable platform and a consumer-like user experience.”
Bouten says the continued support from its investors proves Showpad is on the right track towards developing innovative solutions to boost client productivity and marketing impact.
Showpad hopes to continue its global expansion and new product development with the new funding.
