Service Intelligence Firm Aquant Raises $30 Million

Aquant, which gives customer service agents access to AI-driven critical data, announced it has scored $30 million in Series B funding.

This funding was provided by Insight Venture Partners, which led the round. Participating investors are Silvertech Ventures, Angular Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners. This new funding pushes its total funding to $40 million raised in the last 14 months.

Aquant plans to use its new capital to support its rapid growth (it counts Johnson & Johnson, The Home Depot, 3D Systems and Orbotech among its clients) continue development of its AI platform, push its expansion globally and grow its engineering, client services and go-to-market teams.

Peter Sobiloff, Managing Director at Insight Partners, will join the company’s board of directors as part of the agreement.
