Audio learning platform Knowable looks to put its library of audio content in more people’s hands with the $4 million in seed funding it just received from Andreessen Horowitz, which led this seed round, with participation from Initialized Capital, Upfront Ventures and First Round Capital.

Naborly, a credit bureau for the retail industry which offers free credit and background checks to landlords and tenants, reports it received $7.5 million in seed funding, backed by Bill Trenchard (First Round Capital) and Chad Byers (Susa Ventures). Rounding out the funding is Liquid 2 Ventures, Assurant Insurance and Third Prime. Naborly also announced the U.S. and Canada-wide launch of NaborlyShield, a digital service that guarantees rental income and lease terms for landlords and tenants.

Denver based Spekit raised $2.54 million in seed funding for is just-in-time digital adoption platform enabling teams to communicate change and surface training across apps. Bonfire Ventures led this round, joined by Matchstick Ventures, Dan Scheinman and other investors.

Saturn Cloud, the NYC based provider of a data science platform which helps teams work more effectively, received $4 million in seed funding from SignalFire. This funding will help Saturn Cloud further develop and commercialize its data science platform, led by its parallel computing library, Dask. It’s platform offers teams seamless collaboration, scalable compute resources, and easy analytics.

Edify Labs announced it raised $10 million for its Business Communications as a Service (BCaaS) platform, Huddle, which unites unified communications, contact center and API functionality in a single, cloud-native software solution which lets users move among channels within one conversation. First Round Capital led the round, joined by Anorak Ventures, SeaLane Ventures, Bling Capital, Bonfire Ventures, Pathbreaker Ventures, Liquid 2 Ventures, and Morado Venture Partners.
