Secfi Raises $6 Million in New Funding

San Francisco, CA. based startup Secfi announced it raised new funding for its equity funding business.

The startup announced it has raised $6 million in Series A funding from Rucker Park Capital which lead the funding in this round. Supporting investors in this round includes Elefund, FJ Labs, Serengeti Asset Management, Social Leverage, Weekend Fund, Brian Norgard, Jake Gibson, Mike Gupta and Mark Pincus.

This is Secfi’s second funding round. It’s first round garnered $1 million in February last year.

Secfi provides equity planning tools designed to help private company staff and shareholders make better decisions with their equity, and financing to help company shareholders with liquidity.
