In another sign that social networking platform Pinterest is gearing up for its big IPO, it has announced where it will set pricing for its debut shares.

Reuters reported Monday morning that Pinterest will offer 75 million of its Class A shares at a $15 to $17 price range.

The company plans to launch its IPO later this year on the New York Stock Exchange with the ticker symbol “PINS”. It is one of several major startup businesses that has or is expected to go public later this year, including Uber, Lyft, Airbnb and Slack.

Pinterest was originally expected to price below its first pricing, $21.54 a share, which was sold to pre-IPO investors in 2017. The startup was valued at $12 billion.
