MOBITV Raises $50 Million For Brandable Streaming TV Platform

MOBITV, which provides end-to-end streaming video capabilities for content distributors, announced it raised new funding to help expand its services.

The Emeryville, CA based startup raised $50 million in its venture round of funding, provided by Ally Financial, Cedar Grove Partners, and Oak Investment Partners.

The company plans to accelerate the growth of its international footprint, while building it’s MOBITV CONNECT platform for its clients.

MOBITV is a white label video delivery solutions company that facilitates better live and on-demand entertainment for their clients (using their own branding) across all devices and platforms for pay TV providers.
