Four hotel companies have made strategic investments in a Nashville, TN based meeting booking startup.

Accor Hotels, Mariott International, InterContinental Hotels Group and Hilton Worldwide Holdings have invested $50 million in venture funding into Groups360, a startup which automates the process of booking meetings.

Groups360, founded in 2014, operates GroupSync, a search engine that uses proprietary matching algorithms to help users plan meetings while saving time and money. It’s price predictor tool also makes it easier for hotels and planners to book meetings.

While all of the new investors will be represented in the board of directors, CEO Kemp Gallineau and Executive Chairman David Kloeppel will remain in place.
