- Louisville based AMP Robotics says it has completed its Series A funding round, netting $16 million. This funding was led by Sequoia Capital, and supported by Sidewalk Infrastructure Ventures, BV Investment Partners, Congruent Ventures, and Closed Loop Captial. AMP uses high-speed robotics to automate the identification, sorting and processing of material streams to extract maximum value for businesses that recycle municipal solid waste, e-waste and construction and demolition materials.
- X-37, a San Francisco based startup announced it has completed a $14.5 million Series A round. DCVC lead the funding round, joined by Hemi Ventures and Alpha Intelligence Capital. X-37 is a pharmaceutical discovery and development startup that uses advanced AI technology to screen large libraries of chemical compounds against high value pharmaceutical targets.
