Evergage is a leading software platform for real-time one on one personalization for accelerating the company’s efforts to offer enhanced personalization solutions to its thousands of customers. Those customers include Citrix, Academy Sports & Outdoors, Publisher’s Clearing House, and Carrier.
Everage raised $26 million in funding prior to its acquisition by Salesforce. Arrowroot Capital, G20 Ventures and Point Judith Capital are among its largest investors.
Terms of the acquisition, including financial, were not disclosed.
