Pre-employment assessment software startup Harver announced it has raised $15 million in Series B funding.

The funding was backed by Insight Partners, which also contributed $4.2 million in its last Series A funding round.

Harver digitally transforms the candidate selection process into a simpler, less taxing affair for recruiters, hiring managers and potential hires. It is designed to remove the challenges surrounding high-volume hiring, like managing a large group of applicants, mitigating unconscious bias, and getting the right data to make hiring decisions.

“With our technology, we’re able to digitally transform the candidate selection process of large enterprise companies around the globe. We’ll empower recruiters to match candidates better and faster while eliminating all bias from the decision-making process” says Barend Raaff co-founder and CEO at the four year old Harver, in a statement.

The investment by sole provider Insight Partners, will help grow the startup.
