Druva, a Sunnyvale, CA based data management startup, announced it has raised $130 million in venture funding.
The new funds, which is the fifth round in six years for Druva, was raised from leader Viking Global Investors, Atreides Management, Tenaya Capital, Neuberger Berman, Riverwood Capital and Nexus Venture Partners.
Druva is a provider of integrated data protection and governance solutions for enterprise devices. It’s lead product inSync provides backup, IT-managed file sharing, data loss prevention and analytics to enterprise mobile users.
Update: with this new funding, Druva is now worth $1 billion, according to the company.
