Customer service startup Kustomer has announced it has raised $40 million in the latest of its five funding rounds.
The Series D funds come from lead investor Tiger Global, along with Battery Ventures. The New York based startup has raised $113.5 million so far, according to Crunchbase.
Kustomer, according to its website, offers real-time, actionable views of a company’s customers. It’s automated customer service platform accelerates customer conversations and eliminates repetitive questions by providing holistic views of the customer.
Kustomer has an impressive list of current corporate clients including Away, Glossier, Rent The Runway, Domino’s and UntuckIt. It was founded in September 2015 by Jeremy Suriel and Brad Birnbaum.
