Customer Engagement Platform MoEngage Raises $25 Million

MoEngage, a mobile focused customer engagement platform based in San Francisco, announced it has completed its latest funding round.

The startup raised $25 million in its Series C funding round. It’s investors in this round are Eight Roads, which led the round, with participation from F-Prime Capital Partners, VenturEast and Matrix Partners.

It’s last funding round prior to this one was in December 2018, which brought in $9 million.

“We have always listened closely to our customers, and have understood the challenges with the current siloed approach of Analytics and Marketing and omnichannel reach,” said MoEngage’s founder and CEO Raviteja Dodda, in a blog post.

MoEngage plans to use its new funding to invest further in customer success initiatives, expedite its pace of product innovation in its services, and deepen relationships in Asia and scale operations in the United States and Europe.
