Content Submission Service Submittable Raises $10 Million

Missoula, MT. based startup Submittable announced it raised new funding to make it easier for creators to submit content.

The startup announced it has raised $10 million in Series B funding from Next Coast Ventures which lead the funding in this round. Supporting investors in this round includes True Ventures, Next Frontier Ventures, and Flywheel Ventures.

The company has raised $17 million since it emerged from Y Combinator in 2010.

Submittable was launched by a writer, a filmmaker and a musician to simplify and improve the process of submitting content to the right people. The submission management platform and marketplace has over 10,000 organizations using the platform to submit, accept and review content, applications and entries across several different industries.
