Compass, a Real Estate Startup, Raises $370 Million

NYC based startup Compass announced it raised more new funding as a matured startup.

The company announced it has raised $370 million in Series G funding from Founders Fund, Softbank Vision Fund, Dragoneer Investment Group, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Fidelity and other investors.  This latest funding round pushes its total funding haul to $1.5 billion.

Quartz reports that Compass now has a valuation of $6.4 billion.

Compass specializes in providing home buyers, sellers and agents with tools to make residential transactions eaiser. The company has more than thirteen thousand agents in 300 US based offices.
