Clause, which offers digital storage solutions for businesses, received $5.5 million in funding.
The Series A funding was provided by Galaxy Digital (who led the funding round), Block.one, BN Captial, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, DocuSign, Raptor Group and several independent investors.
Clause uses blockchain technology to store digital documents for management, creation and editing in a cloud-based system. It also offers users the ability to pay for documents on the platform.
The startup was launched in 2016.
