Accounting Software Maker LeaseQuery Gets $40 Million

Atlanta, Ga. based startup LeaseQuery announced it raised new funding for its lease accounting software.

LeaseQuery announced it has raised $40 million in Series A funding from a single source: Goldman Sachs’s Merchant Banking Division.

The startup helps more than 10,000 accountants and other finance pros eliminate lease accounting errors through its certified public accountant approved lease accounting software. This software is, according to the company, the first such software built by accountants for accountants.

LeaseQuery enables companies from all sectors to ensure compliance with regulatory reforms by providing specialized consulting services alongside its software solution.
